Shipping area

We currently ship within the Netherlands and, where offered at checkout, to other EU countries.

Delivery time

Orders placed and paid on business days before 16:00 are aimed to be dispatched the same or next business day. Indicative delivery time within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may depend on country, weight and the selected shipping method. Any free-shipping thresholds are stated on the website.

Track & trace

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information where available.

Damage or lost parcels

If your parcel is damaged or has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can follow up with the carrier.
