Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Contact us via the Contact page and include your order number.
- Return the product unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories.
- You will receive confirmation once we have processed the return.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return, we refund the purchase amount (including standard outbound shipping costs) as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method.
Exceptions
- Opened or unsealed perfumes/cosmetics for hygiene reasons;
- Products clearly used or damaged by the Customer;
- Opened samples / Discovery Box contents, insofar as the law allows.
